DeAnna Minus-Vincent has tackled the toughest issues plaguing our country today—equity, poverty, housing, health, and education, just to name a few. DeAnna has created programs that move individuals along their pathway, but believes that the most sustainable change happens when we work across sectors to re-engineer fractured systems; in so doing we can
exponentially impact the lives of many and create sustainable change. DeAnna is noted for not just programmatic and policy prowess, but for scaling organizations—she has transformed entities and dramatically increased revenue, service regions, as well as product mix.

Drawing from a broad range of lived and learned experiences, DeAnna Minus-Vincent current acts as the Managing Director of The Outcomes Architect, an advisory organization intent on working across sectors to intentionally integrate services and reimagine how health is addressed and services are delivered. In this role, DeAnna serves as a key advisory for several non-profit, philanthropic, health tech, and trade organizations as they seek to create equitable solutions that advance whole-person care.

Immediately prior to this role, DeAnna served as Executive Vice President, and the inaugural Chief Social Justice and Accountability Officer for RWJBarnabas Health. DeAnna designed a comprehensive strategic framework to improve health outcomes, promote health equity and eliminate health disparities. The development of Ending Racism Together, employed data- driven methodologies to improve organizational culture and reduce healthcare costs. Additionally, DeAnna designed Health Beyond the Hospital which integrated social factors into the clinical setting by overcoming barriers for both providers and patients using a multi-modal social determinants of health screening tool, paired with patient-centered outreach and follow-up.

Before her tenure at RWJBarnabas Health, DeAnna served for more than seven years as the Chief Engagement Officer at Benefits Data Trust (BDT), a national social change organization, where she facilitated cross-sector partnerships, diversified the organization’s revenue streams and oversaw the organization’s strategic positioning. Additionally, was appointed by Governor James E. McGreevey as the Assistant Commissioner for the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs overseeing community development, division on women, Center for Hispanic Policy, and many administrative functions.

DeAnna serves on the board of trustees of The Root Cause Coalition, Corporation for Supportive Housing and Women @NJPAC. DeAnna has been recognized by ROI-NJ as an Influencer of Color, an Influencer in Healthcare, and an Influencer in Business. Most recently, Ms. Minus-Vincent was recognized by the NJ Chamber of Commerce for her innovative business practices.

DeAnna received a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Morgan State University, a historically Black university. DeAnna is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Innovation. Born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey DeAnna lives in Lumberton with her husband, Daryl and daughter, Darynn.
